Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy is applicable to purchases made from Ideal Products Pty Ltd A.B.N. 67 629 998 367 trading as BluePro (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” and “BluePro”).
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have guaranteed legal rights for goods and services that you purchase. These consumer guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These consumer guarantees do not apply where in our reasonable opinion the goods became unacceptable due to fair wear and tear, or by a consumer’s misuse, failure to use the goods in accordance with manufacturer instructions, or failure to take reasonable care.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere.
Goods damaged in transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact BluePro as soon as possible after receipt. BluePro will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to us and we will arrange for either a replacement of the goods or refund the price paid to you. You must return the goods in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
You should check your goods as soon as they are delivered to you in order to ensure that they are what you ordered; and they are not damaged or faulty. If this is not the case, you should contact BluePro as soon as possible together with a description of the damage and/or fault and proof of purchase. A return label will be emailed to you. It is our requirement that you use your best efforts to return all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
Refunds are normally processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be processed in Australian dollars. BluePro is not responsible for any currency fluctuations that result in a difference between the purchase price you paid and the refund amount. Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product. If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once we have received the product at our warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund.
